Apartments

The services and ammenities included and/or available to residents of the Congregate apartments are as follows;

• One nutritious meal per day (restaurant style/main meal - served at noon); other daily meals are optional
• Weekly laundering of bed-linens and towels
• Apartment cleaning every other week
• Morning well-being checks
• Wellness services provided by a nurse weekly
• Social, educational and recreational activities
• Use of the apartment and all common areas of the building and grounds (i.e., parlor, exercise room, activity area, laundry facilities, dining room, gardens, gazebo, etc.)
• A secure, clean and safe environment
• All utilities except telephone
• Air-Conditioning
• Cable T.V. (basic cable - does not include premium channels, HDTV or digital service)
• Parking spaces for automobiles
• Scheduled local transportation
• Trash and snow removal
• Lawn care
• Management services
• 24-Hour emergency response system
• Mail delivery to mailboxes
• Maintenance of the apartment and provided appliances
• Paid real estate taxes
• Paid property/liability insurance
• Storage Unit
• Garden space
• A beauty/barber shop on the premises
• A wood-working shop

Services available for an additional fee include, but are not limited to the following;

• Meals in addition to the one provided
• Additional cleaning services
• Miscellaneous chores
• Clerical assistance
• Additional transportation
• Personal laundry
• Guest lodging and meals
• Garage
• Additional storage (based on availability)

Patio Homes

The following services are included in the service package for residents of patio-style duplex and cottage homes:

• Management services
• Lawn care
• Snow and trash removal
• Repairs and maintenance of building, equipment and provided appliances
• 24 Hour emergency response system
• Social, educational and recreational activities
• Paid property insurance
• Paid Sewer and water
• Wellness services
• Paid real estate taxes
• Street lighting
• Garden space
• A beauty/barber shop on the premises
• A wood-working shop

Additional services available to residents of patio homes are:

• Meals
