Within the 4 neighborhoods (wings) are 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 525 square feet to 1100 square feet.

Each of the 43 patio home units include: 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, spacious closets, full-size kitchen, major appliances, individually controlled heat and air conditioning attached garage and so much more.
